As I type this post to share my newest listing at 9705 Cheshire Ridge Circle, a quick MLS (multiple listing service) search in Gainesville, Bristow and Manassas reveals that this townhouse is your only option for purchase this weekend if you are looking for a one car garage townhouse. If you are looking for a three bedroom townhouse with no garage in these areas that is not a condo, your options are slightly more than a dozen. In an inventory situation like this, this seller could have handed me the keys, done zero preparatoin, refused pictures and would still be getting showings. That is most certainly not the case.
